Kidds aRe First is a non-profit charity benefiting  children  in the State of Florida Seventh Circuit Court Program for Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia County.  Kidds aRe First relies exclusively on  the State of Florida Guardian ad Litem (GAL) volunteers to identify abused, abandoned, or neglected children in the program that are in need.
